1. Delivery Area
We are excited to launch our brand by serving our local community! Currently, we offer delivery only within a 17km radius of Bloubergrant, Cape Town. We will review and potentially expand this area in the future.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders with a subtotal of R700 or more.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under R700, a flat R55 delivery fee will be applied at checkout.

  • Re-delivery Fee: A R60 fee will apply if a delivery attempt fails due to no one being available at the provided address (see Section 5).

3. Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Product Availability & Processing: Please note that some of our curated items are made in limited runs. The estimated processing time for your order is subject to the availability status stated on each product's page (e.g., "Ready to ship in 2 days" or "Pre-order, ships in 3 weeks"). Your order will be processed once all items are available.

  • Delivery Method & Schedule: All orders are delivered by our own team on the following days:

    • Wednesdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    • Fridays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Customer Notification: Once your order is processed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a scheduled delivery notification via email. This email will confirm the specific Wednesday or Friday your order is scheduled for delivery. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

4. What to Expect on Delivery Day

  • Our delivery representative will arrive within the scheduled Wednesday or Friday window (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM).

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. We recommend the recipient be aged 18 or over.

5. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If our team arrives and cannot complete the delivery (e.g., no one is available, address is incorrect, or access is denied), we will:

  1. Leave a notification.

  2. Contact you via email and/or phone to arrange the next available delivery day (Wednesday or Friday).
    R60 re-delivery fee will apply for this subsequent attempt.

6. Order Tracking & Support
As we are managing deliveries personally, you will not receive an automated tracking number. Instead, you will receive direct email communication from our team for scheduling. For any delivery questions, please contact us at unshakenclothingza@gmail.com.

7. Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct, complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or loss due to incorrect information.

  • Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, traffic disruptions).

  • Risk & Ownership: Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon our physical delivery of the items to you or the person receiving them at the provided address.

8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to change our delivery areas, timeframes, and costs at any time. The policy active on our website at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
